Bio
I have been married for 11 years to my husband, Grant, who also teaches (and coaches) in Yazoo County.  We have three children, Lilly (10), Will (8) and Luke (4).
Education
I attended Millsaps College and completed my degree in Psychology.  I then completed my Masters degree at the University of Southern Mississippi in Severe and Low Incidence Disabilities and anticipate completion of my Specialist degree in May 2019 in Mild/Moderate Disabilities.
Experience
I have 9 years of teaching experience in Special Education. I worked in Lee County for two years before moving to Yazoo City.  I spent 6 years at McCoy Elementary School in Yazoo City.  I then took three years off from teaching to stay home with my children.  This is my third year at Bentonia Gibbs Elementary School.

8:30 - 9:00 MORNING MEETING

9:00 - 11:00 READING AND MATH CENTERS

                    SMALL GROUP INSTRUCTION

11:00 - 11:30 LUNCH

11:30 - 12:30 READING AND MATH CENTERS

                     SMALL GROUP INSTRUCTION

12:30-1:00  RECESS/ REWARD TIME

1:00 - 1:50 ACTIVITY

1:50 - 2:30 SOCIAL SKILLS INSTRUCTION
